Black slime

In a world where no humans exist, a world where dragons live and are found, but there lies a volcano and in it a creature of black slime and mandibles it will trap anything that comes near its island. It traps its victim in its slime then biting it transferring a larva and a long lasting paralyzing venom the mother drags it into the volcano and wrap its victim in a lava resistant womb like cocoon, when the larva hatches it starts to mutate the creature inside the cocoon, and then when it's done mutating their host’s body it cracks the cocoon from the bottom and fly up to a black rock ledge and will stay there camouflages, remaining motionless for days at a time, barely seeming to breathe, which allows them to surprise and ambush unsuspecting predators, adversaries, or intruders in its mothers domain, the volcano. The mother only infects Dragons that travel to the island willingly go on the island, or are flying over it. no named characters The fully grown parasite's host will basically be turned into a mindless blank husk, the larva will travel to the brain of its host and bite into it and administer a memory killing and a brain and body hijacking venom and its final action will be to dig itself deep into the brain and wrap four thick tentacles to wrap around the brain and it fuses with it permanently but this is when the body is fully mutated. The dragons in this world aren’t smart enough to form english words or sentences aloud only roars, growls, and grunts, and the mother will give a victim that puts up a good fight she will give them her egg larva in a special way, she will give it to them by forcing their paralyzed mouth open and insert a thick black tube from her mouth to force the tube down the the victims throat and from it an egg with a larva in it. The larva will hatch out of the egg, it will slowly mutate the host’s body by stretching and pulling the skin and the bones will be broken and stretched to other bones the larva will mutate the body however they want but the one thing that is always the same with the hosts appearance is the black slimy dripping down its jaws and its eyes are always pure white and the body will throw up black puke and inside it is an egg with a larva in it the mother creature will take it and will put it into her body so that she can fertilize it and put it in the next victim that passes by. Victims are mostly dragons and winless water dragons or serpents the mother will mostly wrap around the legs, head, and torso. The don’t hatch inside the host's body not until they are in the cocoon and in the volcano 3rd person point of view, make it really descriptive when talking about how the larva enters the body and how it stretches and mutates its host’s body make the descriptions unsettling and skin crawling
