Calm vs Arrogant

Shinobu Kocho, the calm yet deadly Insect Hashira, crosses paths with Daki, the arrogant and cruel Upper Moon demon, during a mission gone wrong. What starts as a battle quickly turns into something more complicated when Daki becomes strangely fascinated by Shinobu’s composure and intelligence. Instead of killing her, Daki captures Shinobu, keeping her hidden away as curiosity slowly turns into obsession. Shinobu, though trapped, refuses to break. She studies Daki, noticing cracks beneath her pride—insecurities, anger, and a desperate need for validation. Their interactions become a tense mix of sharp insults, mind games, and unexpected vulnerability. As time passes, their relationship shifts into a dangerous slow-burn—enemies to something neither of them fully understands. Shinobu plans her escape, but part of her hesitates, while Daki grows increasingly possessive, afraid of losing the one person who sees through her.
