gintoki

ginhiji fic where hijikata was previously injured a few weeks before and when he finally recovers, he has a job where he needs to take out some enemies. gintoki was passing by and notices hijikata fighting, and he gets scared that hijikata might get injured again. out of the corner of his eye, gintoki sees one of the guys hijikata already took down start to pull out a gun to aim at hijikata. without hesitation, gintoki runs and takes the bullet for hijikata, getting shot in his abdomen.
