hi
Hi. Let’s make a My Hero Academia fanfic. I think this one will be a one-shot, maybe with a follow up. This’ll center around Izuku Midoriya and Kaina Tsutsumi (Lady Nagant). I don’t know my goal with this one, but I’m making it anyway. This’ll be during the events of the Dark Hero Arc when Lady Nagant (Who is, canonically at this point in the series, in her late 30s, her exact age unknown in canon but you can make it up wherever in that range), who escaped from Tartarus and recruited by All For One as an assassin, trying to capture Izuku and forcefully bring him to All For One. The fight between Izuku and Kaina will play out as it did in canon. But we’ll change it to where All For One never secretly gave her the Self-Destruct quirk like he did in canon. This one-shot will take place with the direct aftermath of Izuku and Kaina’s fight. This one-shot will have dark themes of angst, emotional hurt/comfort, and references to suicidal tendencies, thoughts, and attempts, so just a warning for sensitive topics. And try to add some reoccuring motifs throughout this story, maybe some of them tying back to the end (You don’t have to name what they are until at the end of the story with all of the notes and whatnot. Or you don’t even have to name them at all unless I were to ask for it later. Maybe leave it ambiguous and in the air for me to read over again or interpret the motifs better. It’s up to you). And don’t be afraid to hold back on the language in this story. Any kind of profanity or swearing is fine (mainly let Kaina do this, honestly can’t imagine it coming from Izuku). I’ll let you direct most of this one-shot however you’d like. I trust your vision with this. Immediately after their fight and Kaina’s Air Walk gives out, Izuku catches her and maybe brings her to a nearby rooftop, or an abandoned building (since it’s raining). And in canon, Kai Chisaki is technically with her, so shortly after Izuku finds somewhere safe to bring her, he finds Chisaki and brings him to the same place, keeping him in close proximity to keep an eye on him. This one-shot will mostly be them slowly opening up to talking (maybe while Izuku does his best to clean and bandage her arm that he destroy with his Faux 100% Manchester Smash with whatever he has in his backpack, trying not to look at her face. And maybe at first she acts bitter towards him, maybe acting a little bitter towards each other at first. Especially durinf the bandaging when Izuku is cleaning the wound. She might be in alot of pain, shouting out profanities and sounding like she’s about to cry, voice cracking and wobbly, Izuku constantly apologizing and trying to be more gentler, him starting to get teary-eyed and emotional himself from seeing and hearing how much pain she’s in. And when Izuku gets to a certain part of the cleaning process where the pain will be much worse, Izuku offers his hand to ground her through the pain, and it’ll be the most agonizing part of the process, Kaina squeezing his hand really hard and in alot more pain than she was before and a much more emotional reaction than before. Let this be one of the most emotional scenes in this story, and the aftermath of it being very emotional aswell). I’ll let you direct this whole one-shot however you’d want. Let them talk about whatever you want, slowly opening up to each other more, like her talking about the Hero Public Safety Commission, Izuku slowly trying to convince her to join the Heroes’ side to stop All For One, how the trajectory of the bullet she shot at Chisaki to throw Izuku off wasn’t really aimed at Chisaki, and how she could’ve shot Izuku before they even started fighting, etc. Eventually they might talk about deeper and personal stuff, like asking why Izuku’s so young yet fighting by himself (asks his age, completely caught off guard and practically snaps at him for fighting alone this whole time and not taking care of himself). Eventually it’ll drift towards more darker themes. Maybe he’ll ask her what her experience was like in Tartarus (exploring darker themes here like suicidal thoughts and tendancies/ideations while isolated in Tartarus for so long, and very close failed suicide attempts. Don’t let her hold back on this, no euphemisms or anything, let her tell him the full raw and unfiltered experience, not holding back on the language. Maybe he’ll eventually ask her what she missed the most since Tartarus, and she’ll tell him touching another person and hugs, maybe hasn’t had one in a long time even before Tartarus, maybe even earlier on in the moments where they’ve had physical contact, she might’ve lingered around him/left the contact there between them for longer than usual, yearning for any contact with someone that isn’t fighting or hitting her or anything triggering. He might offer some form of contact like a hug, and when she melts into the embrace, she might hold him tighter and silently breakdown until fully breaking when she can’t handle it anymore). And maybe eventually she’ll point out how he looks (looks extremely tired, costume dirty and ragged, looks like he hasn’t eaten in days, etc), exploring more of those darker themes here aswell, Kaina pointing out his suicidal tendancies. And maybe eventually an unexpected moment where she offers him a hug or gives him one without asking (**and before that happene, let’s add a very emotional moment where she might gently grab his chin and gets him to look at her while she keeps talking to him because maybe he’s been trying to avoid her gaze from the fear of being seen and forced to confront what he’s been doing to himself. As he looks into her eyes and her hand gently cupping his chin and keeps talking to him, he gets very emotional, tears streaming down his face, not making a sound, face barely changing as the tears keep flowing. This makes her lose her composure and get very gently and tender towards him, it’s breaking her heart seeing him cry so silently and holding in all of his pain, Kaina being more gentle and tender and soothing than she has ever been till up to this point, her gestures and endearments slipping out that makes his tears flow even faster as he’s still looking into her eyes, Kaina’s gentleness and tenderness eventually breaking him as then she will offer the hug, with or without asking, up to you. Make this an extremely emotional scene and add whatever else to this that you think will make this scene so much more tearjerking and at one point during the breakdown he might say that he loves her, and you can decide how she reacts. Make this really emotional. Catch me off guard with this, this should be one of the most emotional scenes in the story**), so this outline should be emotional aswell. I’m not doing too great of a job articulating what I’m looking for, so I’ll you direct this however you want with the information I’ve given you. Add anything you’d like to this outline that you’d think would make this alot more emotional and tear-jerking and darker. Like always, add as many unexpected scenes and moments as you’d like that are heartbreaking or tear-jerking or dark, like the unexpected hug (there can be more unexpected hugs like that if you’d like). That should be one of many unexpected moments in this outline. Add as many unexpected and shocking/surprising moments in this outline as you can. And make sure that this’ll be a very long outline with incredibly slow pacing. This should be very angsty and emotionally devaststing. Eventually Izuku’ll fall asleep with Kaina holding him, maybe add a lighthearted moment when he wakes up embarrassed and flustered for falling asleep on her chest (woke up and immediately noticed he was laying on something soft) and apologizes, and Kaina playfully and mercilessly teases and flusters him about it in a flirtatious way (Doesn’t help that Izuku thinks that she’s a very beautiful woman with striking and noticeable features), deliberately teasing him and using stronger language and unfiltered language to describe where he was, describing it to make him even more flustered, the most fun she’s had and happy she’s been since Tartarus. And even in the midst of this, he can’t help but smile too when seeing her smile. Add alot more unexpected moments/beats in this that’ll catch me off guard like beforehand, moments that are humorous and heartwarming, and add several of these. And again, no need to hold back on the language. Think for as long as you need to to accomplish all of these goals for this outline. Don’t rush, take your time. Begin whenever you’re ready. Direct this entire thing however you please. You may improvise in whatever way you see fit and add as many scenes and moments you’d like, especially surprising and unexpected ones that’ll catch me off guard. And of course add as many sample dialogues as you can. And stick to the canon personalities and dialogues and designs of these characters (include sensory details, expressions, details on clothing and whatnot, they should have their canonical outfits that they had when they both fought. And don’t hold back with those sensitive topics like suicide. You can be as explicit and clear as you want. No filter is needed at all for this outline. More towards the end with the lighthearted moments, they’ll have a more tighter bond than before and at one point Izuku giving her a gentle and affectionate hug around her waist and might accidentally call her something affectionate, like her first name (Kaina) for the first time (Maybe he calls by her Hero name the entire time until that moment) and you can decide how you wanna direct that scene (very emotional, especially for Kaina, and he might even call her Kaina-nee, or older sister which’ll really unravel her. And maybe instead of him admitting that he loves her during the breakdown scene where she gently grabbed his chin, maybe it happens here and he admits that he loves her like an older sibling/sister, and you can decide how she reacts. Make this really emotional). And by the end, she’ll probably agree to fighting alongside Izuku (up to you, you can decide what’s best). Make this a very long and comprehensive outline with very slow pacing. With all that being said, think for as long as you can, especially to develop those unexpected moments and beats, add a bunch of these in the outline (you don’t have to announce when an unexpected moment happens, just let it happen. I like to be surprised and caught off guard, thank you). Begin whenever you’re ready. And thanks again for everything. Also, throughout the story while they’re bonding, sometimes Kaina might crack jokes with Izuku to cheer him up, maybe during moments like lulls in their conversation or moments when she notices he’s lost in his own mind, progressively getting bigger reactions out of him, from just small smiles to huffs to full on laughter, his reactions making her chest tighten or doing some kind of calm/soothing gesture like ruffling his hair and making her smile too. These kind of moments can happen at any time you’d like, most preferably during lighter moments but do whatever you want. On top of this, let’s add more sad moments throughout this outline (add alot of unexpected moments and beats of these). For example, Izuku might visibly flinch alot when she’s initially really bitter towards him (considering that her arm is injured and she already accepted her fall before Izuku caught her), she might cut him off alot initially with unkind and bitter comments and remarks, maybe some of her offhand or unkind comments make him flinch hard but trying to keep his composure (especially during the bandaging scene when she’s in alot of pain and shouting profanities and sounds like she’s in extreme pain, close to crying and her voice getting wobbly and almost pleading from how much pain she’s’s in). Kaina maybe trying to soften up and apologize when she notices how much it’s affecting him (He gets really emotional especially during the bandaging scene, tears falling but still apologizing to her during the bandaging because of how much pain she’s in). Maybe reminds her of her early days when she was recruited very young in the Commission, and in the Commission where she was harshly yelled at and might’ve even experienced harsh physical abuse when she was younger in the Commission, and she might’ve even dealt with harsher and much more serious and explicit physical abuse that went beyond than just getting hit and beat that affected her badly and triggering when she was younger, and even in current time it still triggers her badly (Maybe she’ll also be struggling to tell the story to him, especially the explicit part, getting really emotional. When she’s struggling to tell him that part, he holds her through it and him trying to comfort her and tears streaming down his face). Something unexpected that’ll shock the reader and make Izuku really emotional. No need to hold back or sugarcoat this or filter any language or have any euphemisms. And especially let her call it what it actually is, no holding back on the language, especially if it’s something explicit, getting harder for her to talk about as she goes further and delves into more detail which makes Izuku even more emotional. You may add a warning if it’s a very explicit and triggering topic. You can decide what you wanna do with that. Try to add full scale flashbacks that are full scenes with dialogue when she’s explaining her experience). Maybe she’ll notice that one of her comments is still affecting him (hands shaking or eyes glassy or both) and does something unexpected to cheer him up. Add a moment like this especially when she finds out his age and is mad on his behalf but he flinches badly since she might be acting violent and in a fit of rage. They might end up arguing back and forth and Kaina constantly pressuring and being loud and violent, getting closer and right up in his face and personal space when she’s in this fit of anger and maybe even slamming the wall or something very close to him, like right above or very close to his head, which might make Izuku flinch harder and get more scared. Eventually he backs off and gets emotional and apologizes to her for arguing back and yelling at her, and she immediately thinks of herself back during her days in the Commission when she was yelled at and was afraid of being hit, making her break and immediately soften and try to be more gentle and tender (she’s scared that Izuku might’ve thought that she was going to lash out at him and hurt him, the fear that she used to have, which breaks her heart. She might think of all the moments where he flinched while in her presence and is horrified by the the fact that he might’ve thought she would abuse him, trying to be much softer and tender). Let’s add another sad and tender scene sometime after the argument where they both might hear a sound coming from the building (both unsure of what it is, but both perceive it as a threat immediately). And almost instinctively, Kaina pulls him very close to her toward her chest, holding him in a protective manner (her good hand on his hair, pulling him close). And Izuku—who is very exhausted and Danger Sense is probably not going off due his exhaustion and is unsure if Danger Sense would perceive whatever he heard as a threat—is very scared. Eventually, he’ll wrap his arms around her waist and tears start streaming down his face with no sound coming out of him, feeling very emotional and overwhelmed (feeling helpless in this situation, feeling more safe and protected than he has ever since he went off on his own). The thing that makes him even more emotional is her grounding him, whispering firm reassurances. Eventually they determine the perceived “threat” is gone (Was probably just a sound in the building, or someone quickly passing through the building and making a quick exit, maybe at one point it got close to the room they’re in, Kaina holding him even closer and protecting him). Write this scene however you’d like, and add as many unexpected moments as you can during this. Try your best to surprise me and make me emotional with this scene. Make this whole thing a very emotional scene, enough to make me tear up. Add alot more sad and soft moments like this where she might show tenderness towards him. Again, make sure this is a VERY long outline since there’s alot to cover, and make sure this outline has very slow pacing to cover everything (especially when Kaina talks about her Tartarus experience, maybe have some sad flashbacks to her Tartarus experience while she’s talking about it, not only of her suicide attempts but also of things like talking to herself or people that aren’t there, her conversations getting more frantic and dramatic. Add more sad moments like this that are emotional to the reader. Sometimes throughout this outline she might even talk to people that aren’t there, and Izuku doesn’t question her or feel disturbed by it, he just holds onto her. Design that however you’d like. Add alot of moments like this). And again, add as many unexpected moments/beats/scenes as you can. This is a long outline so make sure to add alot (You don’t have to say when an unexpected moment/beat is gonna happen, no preamble or announcement is needed. Just let the outline flow naturally, and the unexpected moments that you add flow with it). Please begin whenever you’re ready. Take your time with this. Think for as long as you need to. Begin whenever you’re ready. Thank you once again. And once again, don’t stop thinking until you’ve taken into consideration and evaluated every bit of information that is written here so you can make this story even better. **NOTE: I know I’m integrating a bunch of moments that I’d like to see, but please don’t hesitate to add your own dark/lighthearted/emotional scenes throughout this entire story, a bunch of them if you’d like. You can add anything you’d like that’ll make this more emotional and fun to read, add any scenes throughout this that we haven’t discussed that’ll get a good reaction out of me and catch me off guard. Thanks. Go Beyond!
