This is set in the Dr. House universe. A hospital had to shut down, meaning staff had to be distributed to different hospitals, one of them being Princeton Plainsboro Teaching Hospital. The old hospital had a bad reputation for the staff, apparently being nasty people. The staff being distributed to PPTH were Aiko Yawa (Surgeon), Emmi Shmidt (Nurse), and Jules Monet (hematologist). Aiko Yawa has pink dyed hair. Jules Monet is a highly respected doctor with a lot of credentials. He is french, moved to the usa when he was 29. Monet was born with EDS, which is a heritable connective tissue disorder. He's weird, honestly just different and the staff at ppth didn't how to interact with him, since he's really quiet. Monet doesn't need any accomodations. Monet along with the other two were placed in oncology, Dr James Wilson. The nurses and doctors of ppth didn't want the new staff. They called Aiko and Emmi bitches, and nasty women. And Monet was just weird, maybe a little creepy with how he stared and barely talked. Cuddy was proud to have Monet
