1. Story idea is the following. There is a gala, and that gala regroups the most powerful mafia heads of basically the sector. And so this is taking place in like neutral territory, and every single head of different mafias, so the head of the British mob, the head of the Irish mob, the head of the Mexicans, the head of the Italians, the head of the Russians, the head of the small French enclave on the West, a lot of different heads of mobs, and they all came with their husbands or they all came with their wives. And it's basically just a gala for them to like kind of size up their enemies, to see who's who, to, you know, find a bit where everyone stands. And focus is on two men from the Ndrangheta Mafia. So the first, is , Vincenzo the head of the Ndrangheta and his second in command is Viggo, both of them are actually dating, but they haven't officially done anything yet. And they are meeting with the head of the Neapolitan Camorra in the gala, so they meet them. And that head is a woman. So she is head of Neapolitan Camorra, her name is Adreana, and her second in command is also a woman named Nerina they are also both dating. So the four of them are just basically talking and analyzing the faces of all the other heads and second in commands and wives and husbands that arrive of different mafia groups. They're all talking and the four of them have multiple interactions with each other, and they also have interactions with heads of other cartels, including the head of the Mexican cartel, they have interactions with the heads of the Scottish mob, interactions with the Italian mafia of New York, the Cosa Nostra, have interactions with Colombians who came too, and a few French mafias who made the trip from France to be able to attend, and a few Portuguese enclaves here and there came to pay respects. So they're all mingling and walking, there's a lot of discussion, and also some tension between everyone. The only people who do not have tension between them are Vincenzo, Viggo, and their men , and Adreana, Nerina, and their men. All the rest of the interactions have kind of a bit of tension in them, given they are from different clans and from different territories. Now, as the evening progresses, it is around 9 p.m. when there is a glass that is chimed, and everybody turns to the far end of the great big ballroom for the gala, where two people stand. It is the head of the Yakuzas and his wife, and both of them say that they need to take the floor because the head of the Yakuzas has something very important to tell them. And the head of the Yakuzas tells them that there was a great big operation of the people of Japan, of the Japanese government. They had a great big raid, and even though many of their facilities were not touched, some of them were still touched, and he knows that it is the same for many Asian mafia groups under his influence and not under his influence. And after some digging, his team realized that someone, another head of another cartel, had tipped the local authorities off. So that means that in this room, someone wanted the Yakuzas to be convicted for their things. And it is common ground that even between mafias, you do not denounce each other, you do not rat each other out. So the code of the mafias, of any mafia, the worldwide code for it is if you have a problem, you can deal it cartel to cartel, mafia to mafia, mob to mob. You do not ever involve the authorities. And someone broke that code and snitched to the authorities. So the Yakuza says that whoever did that, he will find them, and his mob will not be nice to them and will not show any mercy. After that, the conversations are way more tense, and the head of the Yakuzas does a little round talking to many people, and finally he arrives to Vincenzo, Viggo, , and Adreana, Nerina, . And they stop a little talking, and the head of the Yakuza asks if they know anything, and Vincenzo and Adreana reply no, and they ask their second in command, who also reply that they have not heard anything by their channels, but they will keep the head of the Yakuzas updated because they have a longstanding alliance with the Yakuzas. And so the evening continues like that, a bit more tense than at the beginning,Till another chime resonates, and everybody turns again towards the stage expecting to see some head of another mob or cartel wishing to say something. But instead, it is a young girl who steps on the stage. She looks to be around 17, give or take. She has short brown curls that go until her chin. And her curls have blue, cerulean blue highlights in them. Her eyes are very, very dark, bordering on black. And she wears dark kohl on her eyes. She is wearing a tank top, a dark blue tank top that lets her arms bare. And on her arms are scars, raised scars all across her arms and all over her stomach and until her neck. Mixed with the scars are tattoos of thorns and roses and mythical creatures like dragons and fire bleeding into hemlock, twisting around and vines and swords and daggers and crescents and moons and wolves and foxes, bleeding into poisonous flowers and nightshades and belladonna, and tattoos winding all around her scars, up until her neck, on her arms, and on her stomach. And she wears practical cargo black pants with a belt, a heavy belt. And attached to that belt are a set of shuriken stars, a few different types of vials dangling from the belt with different colored liquids, a pouch with what seem to be dried herbs inside, a dagger, two daggers with purple veining, hanged on her side, and two silver needles with gold handles also hanged near the daggers. She has a dark blue cloak with purple veining on her shoulders. And she surveys the room and says in a powerful voice, immediately commanding attention, Hello. I am sorry for whatever gala I am stopping, but I need all of you to not talk for a second. Please, thank you. And immediately after she says that, every single person in that room and all the bodyguards point, take out a gun and point the gun or point various weapons on her. And she looks at the guns pointed at her, and her gaze sweeps the room, and her gaze lands on Vincenzo, Viggo, Adreana, Nerina, who are the only ones who have not taken and unholstered their guns and pointed them at her. And she smiles briefly before doing a final scan of the room, and then scoffs and says, Please. I just snuck into whatever great gala you have, which is visibly pretty protected, given the lot of bodyguards and the fact that half of you are pointing guns at me. But do you feel the need to really point guns at me, given I snuck in? Really adorable. Or something along those lines. And Vincenzo and Viggo frown and share a look because they feels that the girl has not yet understood that this is actually a mafia meeting and not just a random gala, but he doesn't say anything. And the others have not caught on anyways. So the girl then shoots like this stare at all of those who have their guns. And then she looks above her head where there is a chandelier, a great big chandelier. And she yells, Luna, you have five seconds to get down! And then she raises her hand and starts counting off five, four, three, two, two, the chandelier starts to rattle, and to the surprise of everyone, it starts unscrewing itself, revealing a great big hole in the ceiling. And from that hole, there's a young girl who must be about eight, who pokes her head out, surveys the room, then sees the girl with the blue highlights in her hair, and says, Oh! Hey, Melz! And the girl with the blue highlights, whose name is Melz, or Melusine, sighs and says, Luna, get down now! The young girl with the blonde hair, whose name is Luna, then gets down and leaves the chandelier half open, hanging from the ceiling, and jumps down to arrive at Melusine's level. And she looks at Melusine and she goes... And Melusine gives her like this withering stare, like full of ice, and Luna like scratches her head and she goes, Sorry, Mom. Melusine goes, You better be sorry! The hell you did! And Luna goes, Fireworks. And Melusine goes, You know shit, I thought I can understand fireworks. I saw fireworks! Yes, I have eyes that work perfectly fine, thank you very much. Or something along those lines. What I wanna know is how, what the... How did you end up here? To have a city away? And Luna says, Oh, pipelines. And Melusine looks at her and she goes, Pipelines. How many times have we gone over the pipelines? And Luna scratches the burner and goes, 25. And Melusine says, What did I say about the pipelines? And Luna says, Only use them if there is a danger of the worst kind. No escaping via pipelines. And then Melusine asks, Why are we not allowed to escape using the pipelines? And then Luna says like the answer that baffles half the crowd, because it's too easy. Melusine's like, Yes! It is too easy. Ayio ! Alamak - the japanese perk up becaus ethat is a typically malay expression, one that does not fit with their immage of melusine. Really? She starts muttering. And then she takes out a phone from her pocket and dials a number. And in the silence, you can actually hear the person answering. And the person yawns and goes, Yes? Who is it? Melusine says, Pronto. And the person on the other side seems a bit more woken up and goes, Melusine? Why are you calling? Melusine answers, I'm gonna need a ride for Luna. And the person on the other side says, Yeah, sure. Where do I send it to? And Melusine goes, I have strictly no idea. And the person on the other side of the phone sighs and goes, Melusine? Melusine goes, Yes? Where are you? And Melusine looks around and she goes, Um, it's like a gala with people with guns. And they're pointing the guns at me. And the men are wearing like suits, and the women are wearing dresses. And not a single woman is wearing a suit, which is actually kind of disappointing, but I do suppose that's not what you wanted to know. And, or something like that. And the person on the phone answers, Fine, that'll do. Give me a sec, I'm gonna ping your location. And a few clicking of keyboards. I got you. And the person stops in the middle of what he was saying because that person is a boy, or a man, and says, Melusine? You are in the middle of the annual mob meeting. Melusine goes, Oh, okay, great. And then the person tuts and goes, That mob meeting. Then Melusine goes, Oh, you mean the one with the assholes who can't correctly plan a drug transfer and a weapons dealership.... or something along those lines like that? And the person on the phone goes, Please do not insult them while I'm speaking to hear you. Melusine lift her head, looks at them, and she goes, Looks at the people around her, the mafia bosses, and goes, Ah, ups. and she has a slight italian accent when saying it. And the person on the phone goes, Is that all you're gonna say? Oops. And Melusine answers, Sí, ups. ehh Sorry not sorry. and then again when she says si and ups a small italian accent injects itself. And the person just sighs and says, I'm sending a van to pick you up. Try to stay alive until then, yes? And Melusine smiles and goes, Yep, promise. And the man on the phone goes, You're gonna be the death of me, princesa. And he hangs up, and then Melusine lifts her head and looks around, and goes, So, um, hello? And then at that moment, Luna pulls on Melusine's arm And goes, "Ma, why? Why do I need to be picked up?" And Melusine looks at her and she says, "Because life's not fair." And then Luna says, "Life is not fair! Last month, you planted bombs in the Ministry and no one told you anything!" And Melusine gives her a deadpan stare and she says this time a slight french accent tinting her words , D'un, I did not plant bombs in the Ministry. I planted fireworks. Second of all, it wasn't in the Ministry. It was strategic placements in trash cans across the perimeter. Third of all, I, when I do pranks or when I try to heist people, actually don't get caught. And what is the first rule of chaos?" Luna sulks and goes, "Don't get caught." And Melusine turns to her and says, "What did you just get?" or something like that. And Luna says, "I got caught by you, Mom." And Melusine goes, "Yes, so, no more chaos for you, little moonbeam." And then there's like, that seems to like break the chaos because everyone like just starts yelling and the different heads of Mafia start yelling and they're like, "What the hell is happening? What do you mean bombs in the Ministry? Or fireworks? And who are you?" And they just start yelling questions and the mom the answers. And it's just like a whole chaos. And Melusine and Luna, looking at the chaos, they just look at each other and sit down on the stage, just waiting for the whole thing to play out. And like the other bosses are like just yelling and thinking this is a crew, and they're just yelling, yelling, yelling, and then do whatever you want. But know that Vincenzo , Viggo, Adreana, Nerina are actually staring at Melusine and Luna and cataloging everything, cataloging how Luna called Melusine Mom, but how they only seem to have a few years difference, like about eight years difference. So how could Melusine be Luna's mom? They don't look like each other, how the tattoos on Melusine's arms, the scars on her arms, the way they talk so normally about pulling heists and bombs and fireworks, and the way that none of them seem to care that they are currently in perhaps the most dangerous room in the world.
