angsty jason todd x female reader where they were childhood best friends when he was robin but she believed he died when he was kidnapped and tortured by joker. a few years later she’s dating dick grayson and jason has come back as red hood, a vigilante who doesn’t care who lives or dies just as long as he keeps gotham’s streets clean. one day, rosie (the reader) approaches jason to ask him for his help in bringing down silas wren, the man responsible for killing her parents. he agrees and they track him down in the iceberg lounge, penguin’s nightclub that is frequented by many criminals in gotham. after a heated moment between jason and rosie, she rushes out after silas in an attempt to get closer to him, things go south when silas knocks out rosie and ambushes jason, who is left with no choice but to tell dick about their plans to take down silas. it takes them roughly two days to track down rosie and they find her in an abandoned warehouse with silas attempting to choke her to death. fighting ensues and jason beats silas bloody and tries to convince rosie to end silas’s life with her own hands to avenge her parents. after dick tries to intervene, rosie breaks down and says she can’t do it which prompts jason to shoot silas in the head. jason exits the warehouse and isn’t seen again for several months. dick takes rosie home and they have a fight over the whole situation that unfolded in the last few days.
