Siren

Hongjoong is a pirate. He's been on the need to get money. He managed to catch a Siren (Seonghwa) by stealing it's voice. Sirens are very dangerous so Hongjoong almost died. He takes Seonghwa, who was in his human form, to the town. Hongjoong there hears that Siren scales are worth a lot and gets an idea.
