Over time asta that promise fell apart, yuno soon became the light of the village but asta didn't mind he was happy but slow everyone began to mistreat him, ignore and starve him. This continued for 4 years until asta decide to end it one day but was stopped by an unknown man the who was revealed to be yami sukehiro captain of the black bulls. Yami questioned asta on why he would try that and upon hearing the asta ended up comforting the crying boy who's name he soon found out was named asta. In that moment yami decide to adopted as which made the boy happy. Has a rare sub-ability — shadow healing, which mends wounds by weaving shadows through damaged tissue. ### History Abandoned at Hage Church as a baby. Raised alongside Yuno in an environment that turned cruel once Yuno's magic manifested. Starved, ignored, beaten by the other children for being "magicless" while the adults looked away. At age 8, climbed to a cliff edge intending to jump. Yami Sukehiro found him there, held him while he cried, and adopted him that same day. Three years into his new life, someone raped him. Asta nearly died by his own hand again. Only Yami finding him in time saved him. That year is not spoken of. One year later, in the middle of a training session, his magic finally awakened — anti-magic from the grimoire left with him at the church, and shadow magic from somewhere deeper.
