The Perevell 2.0
Okay, so my idea is I want there to be a Hogwarts setting, and as for the list of characters that I want to be there, I want James, Sirius, Remus, Peter Pettigrew, and Lily Evans to be bad guys. So, Dumbledore too. And they're all very bad and obnoxious and bullies, most of them. I want Severus and Regulus to be dating, and that is also why the Marauders and Lily go after them. I want the three Black sisters to be the same age, so Andromeda, Bellatrix, and Narcissa to be the same age, and to be like really, really close, but still keep their individual characters. No wait, sorry, scratch that. I want Bellatrix to be the oldest, so she is in sixth year, like the Marauders, and like Remus and Regulus, who are also in sixth year, the Marauders, Lily Evans are also in sixth year. Andromeda, who is the middle Black sister, is in fourth year, and Narcissa is in second year, along with, I want there also to be Charlie Weasley and Bill Weasley, kind of, so the same canon, so same gait, same sway, same like how they talk, the same drawl, the same character, the same way they dress, but they are not Weasleys. Like, I'd like them to be like time travelers, and they come in, and they arrive, and, but I'd like to be is like maybe it is discovered that Bill and Charlie have like a connection to magic, like since they were born and they were magic's like chosen children, but like their mother, Molly Weasley, like blocked that connection because she didn't want them to outshine her precious Ron and Ginny. And so one day, like, there's this grave magical accident when Bill and Charlie go together to a dragon reserve where Charlie works, and they almost, and they die. And in their death, Lady Magic pulls a favor with Lord Death, and she gets them to be reincarnated as Bill and Charlie Paravel. So Bill and Charlie Paravel, descendants of Vignotus Paravel, the youngest brother who had the Deathly Hallows. And so they still look exactly the same, and they still have their memories from their previous life, and just that they're Paravels now, and they are transfers who are starting their sixth year from being homeschooled, but they were not actually homeschooled. They were actually like in the other universe, and then they switched universes. So like that, the homeschooling thing is a cover story, no one knows about that. And Magic, Lady Magic, behaves kind of like an aunt to them. Like, she's just this very nice, like, motherly figure, and whenever Charlie or Bill need like a parenting figure for the wizarding world, because they are 16 physically, but they're way older mentally, whenever they need like a parenting figure in the wizarding world, they just call on Lady Magic, and she takes like the persona of their Aunt Cassiopeia, who is like their legal magical guardian. And so I'd like it for that, it is Samhain night, and Charlie and Bill, they are transfers, and so just like middle of the feast, knock, knock, knock on the great door, Charlie and Bill arrive, and they're like, hello, we're the new transfers. And Dumbledore's like, transfers, what transfers? And they go like, we received, we sent an owl, I'm sure you received it. And Dumbledore's like, yes, I received it, of course I received it. And they go, and you replied to arrive on Samhain night. They make a show of looking at their watches, and they're like, it is Samhain night. We have arrived. And so like, they both look pointedly at Dumbledore until like Charlie goes, hem. And then Dumbledore's like, I didn't realize you'd be so early. And then Charlie and Bill just look at them, and they go something along the lines of, you said to arrive on Samhain night. We arrived on Samhain night. What is it you people have with schedules? What is the problem like you have with schedules? Or something along those lines. And so Dumbledore's like, oh, right. And then he just, he says like, oh well. And immediately he turns to McGonagall, and he goes, yes, students, I wanted to say that before, but seems I got sidetracked. And he says, these are like students, uh, Charlie and William, Bill Snorson goes, it's Bill. And he, Dumbledore stops, looks at him, and he goes, Charlie and Bill Pruett, uh, not Pruett, sorry, Peverell. Peverell or whatever. And, um, some whispers along the lines, and, um, Jane and like some Slytherins, like since they're mostly purebloods, they recognize the name Peverell. But, um, most of the, like, most of the students are like, okay, sure. And the sorting hat arrives, and they're about to get sorted when suddenly there are whispers that break out at the Gryffindor table, and James Potter stands up with both hands on the table, and he slams the table, and he goes, no! Everybody turns towards him, and he goes, Helmaster, these two are obviously frauds. Then Bill and Charlie look at each other, they look at Potter, they look at each other, they point to themselves, and they go, us? Like, they make a show of looking around. Like, are you talking to us specifically? Are you calling us frauds? And Potter's like, yes! And he stands up and he, like, has like this very pompous voice going, it is known that the Potters are the last descendants of the Peverells. The great Peverells who conquered this, and who got the master of the Deathly Hallows, and blah blah blah. He starts ranting about his heritage, about being the last Peverell, and parati parata. And then Charlie and Bill just stop him there, and Bill goes, well, Charlie goes, whatever. They're like, um, what is your last name? And James goes, James Potter. And then they go, I only asked for your last name, but yeah, sure, James Potter. Um, you do realize that your last name is Potter, not Peverell. Our last name is Peverell. You can be descended from Peverell, but that doesn't mean you are a Peverell. You can be linked to a bloodline. Any person from a pure-blood house or any person with basic wizarding knowledge knows that you can be linked to a pure-blood house, but if you aren't officially recognized by the head of house as a member of that house, you have no claim to that house whatsoever. It is, blood does not do everything in our world, Mr. Potter. I do trust you know that. And Potter goes red and he goes, what, but, uh, uh, uh. And he goes, but my father is the head of Peverell House, and, um...He said he recognized me as part of Paravel House. And then Bill and Charlie just look at each other and they just laugh, like, just like smirk and like chuckle, and they go, and so, your father is at the head of the house. Our aunt is. And when Bill says our aunt, Charlie just like smirks like he knows something that no one knows. And they look at each other and they share this side eye, and then they go, um, so, point proven. They turn back to Dumbledore and they're like, can we continue? And Dumbledore seems to snap out of it, and he goes, uh, yeah, sure. Because his eyes had like kind of that avid stare when immediately when he realized that these two kids were descendants from the Paravels of the Deathly Hallows. And Dumbledore, like, he was very like, cupid and avid, and he really wanted the Deathly Hallows for himself. And so he's like, yeah, I hope these boys end up in Gryffindor so I can manipulate them and stuff. But sorting hat just brushes on their head and immediately, so Bill goes, and sorting hat stops, looks up at Dumbledore, and looks back down at Bill, looks back at the students, and he goes, it is Samhain night. And then Bill goes, I know. And the hat goes, what are you doing here? And he goes, um, I'm the new transfer. And the hat goes, yeah, I realized that. I mean, like, what do you, I? And then, like, the hat starting to sputter. And then Bill just goes, uh, Cassiopeia said yes. The hat goes, did she now? And Bill says, yep. Like, yes, yes. And then the hat looks at him, then looks at Dumbledore, looks at Charlie, and he goes, Cassiopeia really said yes? And Charlie goes, yes, yes, sir. And then the hat goes, fine. And he looks at Bill, and he goes, Slytherin. And as Charlie starts walking towards him, the hat just like shakes its hat and goes, yeah, no, you're gonna be like your brother, Slytherin too, go. I'll have a word with Cassiopeia about this. And Charlie follows his brother to the Slytherin table, and he goes, she said yes. Like, he yells, she said yes, while walking. And the hat goes, hmph, and he harumphs. And so Bill and Charlie look at each other and they sit at the Slytherin table, but they don't sit anywhere at Slytherin table. They actually sit at the bottom of the sixth year table. Because basically in other houses, everybody sits the way they want, but in Slytherin, there's this unspoken hierarchy that is only known to Slytherin students. Not even like the teachers can really realize it. And that hierarchy states that the higher influential students, like, they sit at the head of the table, and like the lower influential students, they sit at the bottom of the table. But if you sit at the very, very bottom of the table, like the very last seats, that means like you don't want to be part of the whole hierarchy thing. Like, they're just like, that's basically saying to Slytherins without talking, I don't want to be part of your hierarchy rules, leave me alone. And that hasn't been done since a very, very, very long time. And so like, the Slytherins like eye them. So feast continues, like houses, they kind of mind their own business. Merlins a bit fuming at the table. And at the head of the table of Slytherins, there are Slytherins actually laughing. And like they're kind of not laughing outright, but they're chuckling and they're smirking, and they have like this glint in the eye because like they're reviewing basically what happened, like the altercations between the Marauders and the Paravel brothers, and how the Paravel brothers clashed the Marauders, and like the bizarre interaction between the Paravel brothers and the hat. And so at the head of the Slytherin table, there is Lucius Malfoy, who is a seventh year prefect. There is Bellatrix, who is in a sixth year. There is Severus and Regulus, Regulus who is the sixth year prefect. And like a few other children of sixth and seventh year from influential houses. And so like they all, so that's what they're talking about. And Bill and Charlie aren't, like they look at them, and they see that the two brothers aren't visibly talking to each other. Like every once in a while, one of them will have like a chuckle, and like they'll just like laugh or smirk, and like they don't talk. So like how can they communicate? And wait, no, scratch that actually. They do talk, the Paravel brothers actually talk, but they don't talk in English. Like they talk in a language that none of them know, and they're actually speaking in Moroccan Darija. That backstory Bill in his previous life learned when he was a curse breaker working in Morocco. And when Charlie went to visit him, Bill taught his brother that. And so they're talking in Moroccan Darija, and they're all like, what is that language? Because most languages the two brothers know are like French or Italian, like Romantic languages, like very calm, very posh and poised. But their language is a mix of ups and downs, and it's very melodic. It's very ups and downs and harsh sounds and harsh notes, and a very like happy-go-lucky language, go with the flow. And it's very different to what their ears are used to. End of the feast, all the houses go back to their dormitories. And so Bill and Charlie like they approach the table, the head table. Like everybody stands up and they go out of the Great Hall. And then the groups that was at the head table, Bill and Charlie approach them and they go, hey, do you have toilets in this great magical castle of Hogwarts? And then Lucius like raises an eyebrow and he points towards the left corridor. Bill and Charlie look at each other and say, thanks. And they go to the right. So they go to the opposing corridor instead of the one Lucius pointed. And Lucius just looks at them and he's like, what? He doesn't say anything, but they're all like staring at them in incomprehension as Bill and Charlie naturally take the opposing direction to whatever Lucius pointed to. And they're like, okay, weird. And so they all go back to the common room. And in the common room, they actually see Bill and Charlie who are sitting on like a couch near the fire, both like reading books, with Charlie like on Bill, head on Bill's shoulder. And like they're quietly talking in Darija and they're reading books. And like there are so many whispers in like the Slytherin common room because like how could they figure out the password? How did they know where the entrance was? And as soon as all the students are in, Slughorn comes in and he starts giving like a good Samhain feast, and I hope all is well, and be ready for your first day of class tomorrow. And during the speech, the Slytherin head table tries like to look for the two boys, but they're nowhere to be seen. So like they slipped out to their rooms in the middle of the speech with a lot of like discretion.
