Nini is Jamal's childhood friend and when Jamal introduce Michael to her they started to get along, randomly one day Michael ask her out on a date, it was fine, they went to his house later and almost had sex but Nini pretended she had to wake up super early tomorrow and went home. Since she always tells everything to Jamal, she told she and Michael were seeing each other more intimately and he was shocked he didn't knew what to say at all. For the rest of his Jamal couldn't stop at being annoyed at the image of Nini and Michael probably kissing or even doing more than that. Then he talked to Michael to ask if he was seriously about her he was almost on a mission to make him let go of her which Michael finds weird and ask if he was actually interested in his childhood friend.
