Viviene - Lady of the Lake

Here is my story idea. So, it is Hogwarts during the Marauders era, where the Marauders are in sixth year. But the Marauders are majorly believed that anyone who refers to the old ways or follows the old ways or even mentions the old ways, anyone who does not agree with Dumbledore, anyone who even has a hint of defiance towards the light side, anyone who asks questions whatsoever, and also Slytherins in general are dark-sided people and are blood supremacists who believe that Muggles and Muggle-borns should be destroyed. And that is the belief of the Marauders and of Albus Dumbledore and of basically the whole light side. They are, the Marauders are all in sixth year. And there are Slytherins are the ones we follow in the story. The ones we follow are specifically Bellatrix Black, Regulus Black, and Lucius Malfoy. Bellatrix Black and Regulus Black being cousins, as in the canon. Lucius Malfoy being Lucius Malfoy. The three of them are in sixth year, obviously, the Marauders, and they are in Slytherin. It is around the beginning of the October month, and they have a special joint class of Defense Against the Dark Arts and Transfiguration with all of the sixth years across all houses. So they all file into their class, and after a few minutes, Dumbledore arrives with the head of the Department of Mysteries. And the doors, like, they start puffing out their chests, and they stop their boisterous insults like Slytherins and everything like that. They call Dumbledore their savior, the leader of the light, has just arrived, accompanied by a very important-looking man. And this man is the head of the Department of Mysteries. And in his arms, he holds this sort of ball, like crystal ball. And Dumbledore and him go to the center of the class, and they say that the Department of Mysteries has discovered, called Portal Mix. That basically a crystal ball. Dumbledore came into the center of the class and they say that the Department of Mysteries has an ancient artifact called a portal maker that basically can create portals to be able to see what is happening any place in the world. And the person that you are spying on having no idea you're actually spying, and they do not know that you are spying on them. And he has convinced his very good friend, the head of the Department of Mysteries, to use the portal maker to be able to spy, or as he puts it, learn about magical practices of a school of healing in seven tribes called L'École de la Vigne Bleue. And this École de la Vigne Bleue is actually one of the most renowned magical healing schools worldwide, but it is very secretive and very selective in the students it chooses. So really no one really knows what happens inside the school other than five of the healers who go there are some of the very best in the world. And so Dumbledore, the way that disguises it as learning about other cultures. Although they immediately see through that, but obviously they can't say anything because Dumbledore figures will attack them and Dumbledore will defend them. And so they don't say anything until Dumbledore kind of activate the ball. And from the first activation, the ball glows, floating up, and it expands in this great portal-like structure, like a portal. And it's like a swirling mass. And it expands, and then when it stabilizes, the mass of the portal stabilizes and it goes like almost glass clear, and then you can see it hovers over a set of double doors, a great big double doors. And then there is a girl in front of those double doors with a white healing dress, a yellow skirt indicating the status of third year. She looks around 25-ish. And she has like a small embroidery on her chest that says Meliscent. And so she has short brown hair to her back. And so she has a clipboard in her hand, and she's counting various creatures and animals, and basically whatever type of creature, people, animals, things that arrive in a single file line, and that pass through, she's just counting them on their clipboard, just taking the register. And then she's counting out as the creatures pass. Two zebras, three ostriches, four walking dumplings, no questions asked whatsoever, and four purple dogs, two manticores, two... four purple dogs? And surprisingly, the students in Hogwarts, they do a double take because she just announced two manticores who calmly walked past her, manticores who are extremely dangerous magical beasts, they calmly walked past her, but she doesn't double take in front of purple ducks. The reason she doesn't double take is because Meliscent, on her list it says purple ducks, when ducks are actually rainbow colored and are barfing up strawberries. So Meliscent looks at the girl who is walking past her, holding a very scared bipedal raccoon-like creature by the hand and trying to drag it through doors. Her name said that she is a second year, and that her name is Liliath. And she goes, Liz, the ducks, really? Liz hold her hands up, effectively letting go of the front creature who darts away. While trying to chase it, she goes, not me, ask Mels. There's always Mels around here. And then there's a third girl who arrives, this time fifth year, she looks way older. And she has a blue belt of the fifth years, so that's the last year of that healing school. And she is handling two catvs and calmly talking to them, she lifts her head and asks Meliscent, what did Meliscent do this time? Meliscent just shows towards the ducks, and she goes. And the fifth year goes, I am not surprised. grabs the catvs in and then comes out to stand beside Meliscent as Meliscent resumes count. She draws them all with it and holds like the ducks in this bubble above her head. Then Meliscent continues to count as even more weird and bizarre creatures pass through the door. More and more pass, she puts them down and closes the door and she goes, that's the front class batch of the day. And then the fifth year goes, good. And then she looks at the ducks and then she puts up Meliscent, and Meliscent puts up her, and she goes, your problem now. And she leaves like running. And the fifth year just rolls her eyes and... And then suddenly from above her, there's a head that drops in front of her eyes, and that is a 16-year-old girl who has black brownish curls all the way to her neck, so they stop a bit below her chin. And these curls have blue highlights. And she is wearing a dark long-sleeve shirt.With a flowing white skirt, long maxi skirt, with like white pants underneath, and a brown belt with various little vives hanging from it. And the girl is standing upside down, feet hanging from the ceiling, and face to face with an upright fifth year. The fifth year just sighs and goes, medicine, I need to talk. And Melusine, as the girl's now referred to, looks at her and she goes, we're talking right now, aren't. The fifth year just sighs and goes, correctly. And Melusine looks at her and she goes, no. The fifth year goes, no library. And Melusine goes, no library. And the fifth year goes, yes, she passed a box. And Melusine takes one look at the around her and she goes, box, what box? And the fifth year lifts her head up and realizes that the bubble with the ducks is now gone. And then Melusine points to behind the fifth year, goes, you mean those ducks? Those perfectly normal purple ducks? And effectively the ducks were in the bubble right before. And the ducks were in the bubble a few seconds ago, purple, spewing rainbow ducks, spewing strawberries, were contained in the bubble above the fifth year's head a few seconds ago, were now waddling, perfectly normal, waddling purple ducks, two of them. And Melusine smiles, like, biggest smile, perfect innocent smile. The fifth year looks at her, the fifth year looks at the ducks, the fifth year looks at her, the fifth year looks at the ducks, goes, I have more response to this, and I am way underpaid to deal with this shit. So the fifth year grabs the ducks and goes into the building. And then Melusine nods her head and goes, that went well. And she leaves the scene. And so, basically at that moment, the shield, the portal construct, starts vibrating and moving up and down and moving up and down. And the students were kind of confused because what was that whole interaction that was between, what were those creatures, and why was that girl, Melusine, they believed she was called, why was that girl 16 years old? She was their age, and she was in that school. How is that possible? What exactly happened? What was the whole interaction with? And the Slytherins, they were whispering the right questions, the questions like, that girl, why did she wear long sleeves when it is visibly the middle of summer where they are? That girl, why did she wear a long oversized skirt? That girl, why did she play pranks that weren't really pranks? Like if they just, like if she just wanted to pass time instead of do a prank. That girl, why did the other girls seem to be fond of her but the Slytherin kind of wary of her? So they had the right questions about who Melusine really was. And all of that while the portal was shaking, and Dumbledore and the head of the department tried to contain it or at least to stabilize it. It does not work. And the portal really starts shaking and shaking and shaking and shaking. And out of it come two boys, this big dark flash at the portal, and it closes in on itself with this dark purple light. Suddenly spanned a great boom that spreads, gets flung towards the wall. And there, when they receive the two kids, they're around 16 years old. They are both redheads, and they are standing in the remnants of the explosion. Now, a little bit of backstory here which is very important. In this Hogwarts, the Slytherins are actually nice, and they stick together and they will back up anybody from their house. But unfortunately they can't do much because Dumbledore has a clear bias towards Gryffindor and his little perfect light soldiers. The marauders are Sirius Black, Remus Lupin, Peter Pettigrew, and James Potter, often accompanied and egged on by James Potter's girlfriend, Lily Evans. So James Potter's girlfriend is Lily Evans, and Lily Evans often comes and edges on the marauders, the marauders who are Sirius Black, Peter Pettigrew, Remus Lupin, and James Potter. They are just mean, obnoxious school kids who were not like, fan for the impurities of Slytherin, who hate anything to do with purebred culture and the ways of the old. They try to make muggle traditions more important than purebred. They believe that anyone like the Slytherins are blood supremacists or whatever. Anyways, they are just bigots and bullies. The two ginger people who arrived in the middle of the explosion, these are Bill and Charlie Weasley. Now, their backstory is the following. In the original universe, the war, Voldemort going crazy, etc., etc., Bill and Charlie actually died. And when they died, Death, who told them that he was not going to meet their soul because someone wanted to meet them. And then there was this woman who stepped out and you Death, and she introduces herself as Lady Magic. But she tells them that they can call her Aunt Cassiopeia. Cassiopeia, Aunt Cassiopeia, or Aunt Cassy. Then she explains to them that all entities, they have certain affinities with very specific people, and they are that entity's chosen or basically their children. For example, Death is chosen were the Paravel mothers, who mastered Death and got the Deathly Hallows. And her children, Magic's chosen, because she was Lady Magic, were the both of them, Bill and Charlie. But the problem was they weren't Weasleys. They never were. They actually are the descendants of the line of Vivienne, the line of Lady Magic's wife. Her name is Lady Vivienne of the Lake, the eldest high fey alive in the magical world currently. And she lives in the Lac in France. She's the one that made Excalibur. She protects all the water creatures. She's just a really powerful being. She is Lady Magic's wife. And she is the two boys' birth mother, kind of. What happened was these two boys were actually orphans in France, Bill and Charlie. And after a few weeks, a few days old, Lady Vivienne brought them in. And her and her wife, Lady Magic or Lady Cassiopeia, they raised them until they were about, until the boys were about one to two years old. That's why they are Magic's chosen. That's why they are Vivienne's chosen. But when they were three years old, they wandered a bit further from the lake and they entered a forest, and they arrived at this wizarding village. And when they saw two magical boys with powers far above the normal for their age, who had manifested magic before the age of three, the villagers in the wizard village went freaked out and they immediately called, like, important people. But it turns out that one of the people in that village was a blood people. And he blocked the call to the French Ministry of Children, who actually,He blocked the call to the Ministry of Children, who actually would do something right and, or give the children back to their parents, called Dumbledore. Dumbledore, he survived because a French official told them that he would bring the babies back. And he said he brought the babies to a very good friend of his, Molly Weasley, who could not have children, who always wanted to have children. And he closed their magical cord, twisted them, and then placed siphons on them to siphon their power. So for Bill and Charlie's whole life, their power was diminished because it was siphoned by Dumbledore, who perfectly well their upbringing. So Cassiopeia and Vivian were so sad and desperate because they lost their two children. They didn't really know what to do. And so they spent their whole life searching for them. But they never really did find them because Dumbledore couldn't never thought that Dumbledore would do such a thing. And Bill and Charlie, so they were raised as Weasleys, but upon their lives, Dumbledore put so much magical cord blocking, and it was like really hard. And then they died, so of old age or of magical accident, they died, both of them, of a magical accident they had when going to visit Charlie in a dragon reserve in Romania, both of them died. And so magic found, they found them again, and she pulled the fever off them to get them to heal life again. And so she sent them back to when they were 15, and they had the exact same minds and bodies, except that this time she sent them back to the Marader's era, and she sent them back so that they could live with Vivian, who was their mother, and she was their aunt. And so Bill and Charlie spent one year in the castle at the lake with Vivian and Cassiopeia, and they were learning so much, taking off the magical cord blockers that Dumbledore, and it was really amazing, that experience. After a year, Cassiopeia and Vivian revealed the back truth that Dumbledore did not only do that to them, he also put magical cord blockings on Lucius Malfoy, who was supposed to be a villa inheritance, but because of Dumbledore, he siphoned that villa power, blocked it, twisted Lucius's cord to make it sane and dark. He did the same thing to Bellatrix Lestrange, and he did the same thing to Regulus Black. That's why Bellatrix went insane, that's why Regulus died, because Dumbledore was just siphoning, stealing their cores, placing magical bondages and blockages on them. And he was like favoring his light side. And Vivian and Cassiopeia also revealed that Tom Riddle was actually never really Voldemort. Tom Riddle was actually just a brilliant school boy who was affiliated with the dark side, but just the side that wanted to restore the traditions of the old, not the let's kill muggle-borns and everything side. And Dumbledore needed a villain for his story he was plotting because he was plotting something for the long run, and he chooses Tom and then he put curses and hexes and siphons and blockages on Tom that made Tom so, Tom become so twisted and evil and dark. That is why he was so bad in their first lives. And he is still pretty crazy in this moment, but there is still a chance for him to be saved. And at that moment, there is, Vivian, that explains that she, Vivian and Cassiopeia, were sent at the birth wars to Hogwarts using a little trick up Cassiopeia's sleeve, and they were sent both of them to Hogwarts so that they can make things right and help the people who got prodded by Dumbledore. And then when they got their trust, they would figure out, they would find Tom and use Lucius's access and Bellatrix's access and Regulus's access to, with their parents, to be able to rally an army to defeat the Dark Lord, heal the Dark Lord, get rid of like the Horcrux and everything, and his insanity and Dumbledore's blockings.The trick of Vivienne's sleeve is that there is another girl, a girl called Melusine. And she is a direct descendant of the great serpent Melusine, keeper of the water, so the same Melusine as the French legends of great serpent, like very legendary Melusine. That Melusine is basically the direct descendant of the old Melusine because she's kind of a reincarnation. So part of the original Melusine's soul reincarnated into the body of a young girl. And that was half the soul, and it mixed with the soul of the young girl in which she reincarnated. And that young girl is also another time traveler. And this one, she comes from a very, very, very far future, a future where all magic has ceased to exist because of Dumbledore and other scheming men's reputations and a lot of their plans. And she knows the story, she's the only magical being left. And then, she feels all of the pain of the world and she dies. And Melusine dies in her old world because she was the last magical being ever, she even outlived Lord Death. She dies and she's the last one, she sends herself back, back to when she can have a family, back to when she can fix things. And it makes her go back to, she arrives to the institution that was talked about previously, the La Vigne Bleue, healing center, École de La Vigne Bleue. And she arrives there and she pretends to have no memory and acts like a prankster 16-year-old schoolgirl, like she's actually so much more, she knows so much more because she's just waiting for the right moment. And she actually is the one that contacted Vivienne a few days ago to tell Vivienne to send Charlie and Bill to Hogwarts, and she is the one who gave Vivienne the plan to get the boys into Hogwarts. So Melusine is 62. And she said that if the boys wanted to recognize her, she would tell them that the dragon's breath illuminates the patio at midnight. That's basically the phrase that the boys will recognize her. And so Vivienne explains to them that the plan is that Melusine knows from sources of the magical fairy kind that Dumbledore has put it up to the head of the Department of Mysteries and got this orb that can make portals to be able to spy, but he put it as educating himself on other schools, and that he will use it in front of all the sixth years to spy on the healing school where Melusine currently is. So Melusine will make sure to station herself exactly where the orb will make the portal, and even though the others can't see it, she can see it. And then when everybody will be gone, she will use a bit of her powers, because her powers are really magical, to destabilize the portal to be able to create a portal temporal fracture break, which will make Bill and Charlie drop into the school. And then she cross the portal and will come and go like, oh boys, Aunt Cassiopeia has looked everywhere for you. Let's get you back home. And she will drop the portal to grab the two boys, and all of the three of them will go back to Aunt Cassiopeia and Aunt Vivienne. She will pretend like the portal opened by dumbeldor and the head of the department of mysteries actually "accidentaly" sent her two brothers in a foreign school in the middleof their dinner. And then they will let, like, the school sit with what happened, and then they will come back a few days later on Samhain night, explaining that they are sorry for the commotion and they are going to transfer to Hogwarts to continue their education. And that is the plan she has laid out. And Charlie immediately agreed to it, and it is set. They prepare and that is basically what happens. Now,of the backstory, going back to the original story. The two redheads step out of the suit and the remnants of the explosion. The first one is Bill. Bill du Lac in this new world, Bill of the Lake, and Charlie du Lac. Bill has long hair, to his elbows, long ginger hair, placed held up into a bun, freckles, vibrant green eyes, and he has like scars on his neck and a bit on his face. He is like in full combat slash practical gear with like a green robe that really like goes well with his eyes, a brown like green combat robe a bit, and he wears a dragon fang earring on one ear to give her like a really roguish look. I'm basically describing a Bill Weasley attire as canon. Then Charlie Weasley is like, has this satchel that is strapped to his waist, and he has the same hair as Bill, and he wears the same pendant on his ear except that the pendant he has is the claw of a hippogriff that is dangling from his ear. His hair is held up in a bun, and basically same clothing as canon Bill Weasley, Charlie Weasley. There's a part of the explosion, and they have a discussion with Dumbledore, and this discussion that Bill and Charlie have involves Dumbledore, the head of the Department of Mysteries, and a few of the students, including some Slytherins like Lucius, Regulus, and Bellatrix, and Gryffindors including the Marauders, the Marauders who tried to attack them for being obviously dark, and the two brothers responding with, we just teleported here again, stop, will, and you call us dark? Do you call all the victims dark over here? And so they basically had this dark conversation, and like a lot of back and forth arguing between the boys and the people at the school and Dumbledore notably, and the boys are like trying to sermon the department head because how dare you just pluck us out from our laws? What the heck did we do for you? And then there's another rumble as soon as Lily Potter tries to enter the discussion yelling about her right as a student to know what the hell is happening. There's another rumble, another explosion, and this time out of the suit and the remnants of the explosion comes Menace. This time, most of the students recognize her as the Menace they saw through the portal, but she is dressed differently. She has like dark black eyeliner, like kohl on her eyes, same hair with the blue highlights, but this time it is pulled into a messy, loose bun held by two silver needles. She's wearing a black bluish sleeveless top, tank top that fits close to her body and that lets on her arm, lets everyone see the scars on her arm, with tattoos of wisteria and roses and thorns and magical creatures and dragon limb canopies and creatures running up her arms and up and down with runes and poisonous flowers and hemlock and belladonna and wisteria like climbing up in a mix of tattoos and scars up her arms and up the column of her neck. She wears black cargo pants, and she has this belt on her waist that holds like many potion vials that are filled with liquids and plants and different types of herbs, and there is a set of two daggers hanging from the side of her belt.Stars and basically many things strapped to her belt, dragon scales that appears to be dragon scales, many vials. And there's a cloak that is sitting on her shoulders, and that cloak is a dark blue midnight cloak with what appeared to be star constellations that appear to be moving on that cloak. And she has platform boots. So she's the side of the explosion. She looks around and she goes, I have not recalled how much I hate Hogwarts, or something around like this. And before Albus can talk, she says, Headmaster, with all due respect, which is none, shut your mouth or I will hex you. Thank you, sorry not sorry. She turns towards the Charlie, Bill, and she goes, Where have you two been? Charlie and Bill are kind of dumbfounded because they have never met Melusine before, even though they've kind of heard the plan. And then she says the code phrase, and then they're like, oh, we just apparated here without any explanation because Dumbledore summoned us. And then Melusine rolls around and she goes, You summoned my brothers to a school you don't know? I mean, what is this place? You can't pluck people from, the whole house has been utter chaos since they were plucked from our living room. And Dumbledore goes, living room? And Melusine goes, Yes, and she gestures towards the, like, broken portal on the ground, and she goes, Portal, thinnesslace and fracture ends up, and my two brothers getting plucked from our living room and dumped here in the middle of your damp castle. Besides, speaking of damp, do you have fire heating spells around here? It's the middle of August for goodness sakes. Well, I mean, really, aren't something along those lines or whatever. And then she grabs Charlie and Bill by the arm and she goes, I bid you farewell, Headmaster Dumbledore, and you, she gestures towards the head of the Department of Mysteries. I'm not even talking about how irresponsible that was. Favoritism. She looks at the Slytherins, she smiled, she looks at the Gryffindors, she scowls, she looks at the Hufflepuffs and Ravenclaws, and she nods to them. Then she turns on herself, grabs her two boys, Charlie and Bill, and apparates them away.
