Acciones de deviations Texto de Literatura Mondays are the bane of any worker regardless of their profession. But for Kobeni, the fates had especially decided to screw her over today. It seemed that no matter how much planning she put ahead of herself things always went awry. Driven to tears by the madness of her life almost every day. She thought it’d be a blessing to be reassigned from field work to being a desk clerk. Pay was roughly the same so her parents would jump down her throat. Though today didn’t want to start on the right foot. Her alarm didn’t go off and there was a delay with the train. It’d be impossible to run through Tokyo and be on time. Not with the other stops she’d have to make before getting to the office. Delay after delay kept hitting her before Kobeni stepped foot in Division 4’s offices. Plastic bags dangled from her hands as they slapped into each other. “Excuse me! Sorry! Out of the way please!” She couldn’t jump around as she had before. It ran the risk of damaging her bags and their goods. She got to her boss’ office as she threw the door open. “Excuse my tardiness! Apologies!” She shouted before doubling over. Horribly out of breath as Kobeni wheezed in an effort to regain some of her depleted stamina. Hunched over and sucking in whatever air she could. That didn’t last but ten seconds before Kobeni made a sprint towards Makima’s desk. Laying all her bags gently down on the surface. Makima said nothing as her newly assigned assistant gave excuses as to why she was late. “The bakery! The one you told me about! There was a line! Their ovens weren’t firing! So the bread was late getting out! As were all the other pastries you wanted!” Kobeni couldn’t subdue her shrill voice from shrieking. Still clearly in a frazzled panic from the inconvenience she caused her boss. Surprisingly the wide woman said nothing. Not bothering to turn around and face Kobeni. The mousy woman thought for a moment that maybe Makima was stuck. How did she get such an ass into that office chair? With how big and bulbous it was, there was no way she should fit. Kobeni diverted her eyes as she didn’t want to linger too long on that rear. Rude to stare though not like Makima would notice. She was still seated facing the window. Not a peep could be heard from her lips. Not acknowledging Kobeni’s presence in the slightest. This awkward tension seemed to last forever. The only noise to penetrate the silent atmosphere were the agonizing squeaks and groans from that chair. Struggling to keep Makima upright as she sat there frozen. Its arms bowed out some from her hips. “Um…” Kobeni spoke up. Hoping maybe that’d get a conversation going. Still nothing. “If you’ll excuse me, I’ll get to your other tasks for today. Once again, I’m terribly sorry! It won’t happen again.” She turned around. The office door felt so far away. Only when Kobeni’s hand went around the knob did Makima speak. “Stop.” She froze. Even without the unknown power of Makima, that voice would make Kobeni seize up. “Come here please.” Kobeni stood by the desk as Makima had turned around now. To the untrained eye, an innocent smile. To those in the know, a smile that spoke endless malice. She stood up as her chair silently thanked her. Gravity made her girth sag as Makima put a hand on her desk. Not a powerful slam but one that demanded Kobeni’s attention. “This… it’s all cold.” Once again, Kobeni repeated her earlier excuses. “Stop with the excuses. I didn’t ask for them, did I?” Makima asked as she stepped out from behind her desk. Approaching Kobeni with that stoic smile as the meek girl tried to back away. Every step back saw another step forward from Makima. “I-I-I know it won’t happen again! I wouldn’t do that to you two days in a row! I just need this job and it's safer than field work and-” She shut up for two reasons. The first being that the door against her back surprised her. The second was Makima’s belly pressed into Kobeni’s torso. Squeezing life and air out the frail girl’s body. “Much better.” Kobeni didn’t say another word. The powerful woman savored the silence for a moment before looking down upon Kobeni with her golden gaze. “Food cannot arrive cold. You understand that running late is out of the question because of this, yes?” Kobeni nodded. “Good.” The ends of Makima’s smile lifted up. Her mood was slightly better before taking a step back. Kobeni could breathe again as she stammered a question. “D-D-Do you-?” “No, I’ll make due with today. But don’t be late tomorrow or else.” Kobeni understood. “Now, you have work to do, yes?” The excuse to leave that office couldn’t have come sooner as Kobeni bolted out. Not too far as her legs gave out. Slumped against the hallway wall as her heart pounded heavily. Such a scary experience that it made Devil hunting seem the better option. She held her chest as a light sob left her lips. An hour had passed when Kobeni was needed again in Makima’s office. Simple paperwork this time. Or so she thought. As her hand grabbed the knob, a loud CRASH was heard as the entire floor shook. The tremor made Kobeni’s knees rattle before she burst into Makima’s office. It wasn’t any surprise what’d happened behind closed doors. If anything, the fact that Makima hadn’t broken a chair up to this point was astonishing. Rare was an opportunity like this to see the strong woman vulnerable on the floor. Though it didn’t make her any less dangerous as Kobeni cautiously approached. “Impeccable timing.” Makima put a hand up, expecting assistance. Something Kobeni would’ve done anyway albeit reluctantly. There was no way she possessed anywhere close to the necessary amount of strength to get her boss back upright. Still she did her best. Every muscle burned and screamed at her to stop. Digging her heels into the floor in an effort to tug Makima to at least a seated position. Sweat dripped from her hair as Kobeni somehow managed to get it done. Exhausted for the second time that day while Makima surveyed the damage. Her office chair lay in pieces all around the desk. “Such a fragile piece of furniture.” Makima looked upon it with disappointment before turning her gaze to Kobeni. “You. Get on your hands and knees. You’re my new chair now.” “...What?” “I’ll need to order a replacement. I can’t very well sit on the floor. So you’re the chair until then.” This definitely wasn’t in the job description as an assistant. “But-” “Do as I said. Hands and knees, you’re my chair.” Anyone else would’ve put in a resignation. But against Kobeni’s better judgment, she did as she was told. “Wait.” Makima stopped her only to brush away the debris from her previous chair. “Now do it.” On her hands and knees, she waited nervously. The anticipation was killer as Kobeni thought maybe it was a joke. Then all that weight came crashing down on her back. Nearly buckling from the pressure of a few hundred pounds of woman on her spine. Butt blubber overtook her entire back as Makima’s hip pressed into the back of Kobeni’s head. From there, the woman got to work with all the bureaucratic tasks that went into overseeing the division. All while Kobeni’s limbs shuddered. Quaking in agony from having to support so much fat. Tears dropped onto the floor as Makima continued to shift her weight around. And Kobeni couldn’t so much as shrug lest she be further punished. What the punishment would be was beyond her imagination. All that Kobeni had to go off of was the broken chair in the corner. A reminder of what could happen if this Atlas let the sky drop. It was meant to be a week. Makima added an extra two days onto it for good measure. “Wouldn’t you know it? My delivery was delayed.” That could’ve been true but it wasn’t Kobeni’s place to question it. Simply be a chair. One whose spine should’ve shattered a long time ago. The agony made worse by an increasing Makima. Fatter she grew. Eating all the baked goods that Kobeni still had to wake up extra early to retrieve. Hip checking the lowly girl into the wall though hard to say how many of those slams were accidental or not. Today couldn’t have come sooner since not only could she take the morning off but also that Makima’s double-wide office chair was installed. Far more resilient than the last one. Still, that didn’t make things any easier. Her whole body ached while carrying the trauma from those past nine days. “What will she ask of me today?” Kobeni mewled while she waited outside Makima’s office per her orders. Imposing footsteps were heard down the hall as Kobeni perked up. That had to be Makima. No one carried themselves like that. But why did she sound heavier? The answer was obvious as Makima rounded the corner: it was because she’d gotten fatter! How something like that could happen in the course of a day defied logic. Though that was a given these days with regards to Makima. Perhaps being her chair Kobeni hadn’t noticed just how much weight she was meant to support now. Makima struggled to get down the hall. It simply wasn’t wide enough for someone of her gait. Hips grazed the wall and window as she made the laborious waddle towards her office. Approaching Kobeni as she grew more nervous. Is she taller too? Hard to tell at the hall’s end but Makima had gained an extra few feet. By the time she got to her office door, the red head dwarfed Kobeni. The latter fearful that she’d be smooshed into the wall like last week. Or worse, crushed and buried under all that fat! “We’ll be heading across the city.” “Oh? Yes!” Kobeni nodded. Anything to get out of the office, even if it was accompanying Makima offsite. “Lead the way.” Makima shook her head. That trademark smile subdued by fat jowls. “We’ll be taking your car. There are no company cars left in the garage.” All energy left Kobeni’s body as she had no clue how she’d fit all this into her small sedan. Surely Makima knew this, right? Maybe they’d find an alternative when she saw the actual size of that jalopy. Kobeni took the lead as she wanted to keep ahead of her boss. No such luck as Makima easily matched the pace. The only reason she’d stumble was due to cramped hallways or other obstacles that impeded her progress. Despite all that, she remained on Kobeni’s heels. Such a presence made Kobeni cringe. A grimace on her face along with an absolute look of defeat and despair. All natural emotions with such an immense presence that overwhelmed all her senses. Even without looking at Makima her aura swamped Kobeni’s psyche. From the way those footsteps made the windows and walls shake. From the grinding pants fabric between those flabby barrel thighs. From the heat that wafted off Makima and made Kobeni sweat. From the collision of that belly that jutted out a few feet and against that back. The sensation of which triggered Kobeni’s PTSD from the chair week. How Kobeni didn’t pass out from the stress proved she was a force to be reckoned with. Though it didn’t help with her anxiety as Makima kept up with every step. They got to the elevator as the doors slid open. Somehow, Kobeni got it into her head that going in first would benefit her. That maybe Makima wouldn’t try to cram herself into the lift. How wrong she was. The moment Kobeni hit the elevator’s back wall was when Makima made her entrance. Belly barging into the confined space as shrill shrieks were ignored. Muffled from so much fat in the way. No way for Kobeni to try and slip out now what with Makima taking up the entire doorway. Impossible to escape as her body was squished further into the wall. Every instance Kobeni thought it was done, another wave of fat came crashing onto her. She swore she could feel her body flattening in real time. Somewhere she could hear the elevator’s buzzer going off. Demanding someone close the doors already. It subsided when Makima got her ass in through the passageway as the doors took their sweet time to shut. Sliding along the track at a sluggish speed. All of which wore Kobeni out as her lungs tried to suck up any pockets of air that they could find. A limited resource with how Makima squished her. Nothing happened for a moment as her boss mumbled something about ‘not hitting the button’. Not like Kobeni was close enough to it as Makima sighed. “Must I do everything myself?” A chubby thumb pressed for the bottom floor as the whole car shuddered. Exterior cables in the shaft screamed. Groaning as did the chair as they worked under tremendous strain to lug the two downward. Taking it slowly as to not collapse under so much weight. Speaking of which, while Kobeni couldn’t see the warning number, she knew they were either dangerously close or exceeded it. Is it a ton or two? She couldn’t recall. Not like it’d make a lick of difference. Makima would’ve pressed ahead regardless of what some measly warning advised against. Gears and cables continued to let out metallic wails of strain. None of which instilled hope in Kobeni that they’d make it safely there. Wondering if she’d die of suffocation or an elevator accident first. Both were equal in her line of work. Against all odds, the elevator arrived at the garage after what felt like an eternity. “Come along.” Makima said as she squeezed out the elevator as seamlessly as she entered. Leaving Kobeni to collapse onto her knees. Savoring every breath that passed through her windpipe. “Don’t keep me waiting.” “C-C-Coming!” Maybe she could catch her breath in her car. A pipe dream if ever there was one. The yellow beetle stuck out amongst all other cars in the lot. Easy to pick out as Makima stood by it. “Back it out.” Kobeni did so as a grim realization hit her. How on Earth would she make this work? Makima and the car more or less weighed the same. She got in the elevator. Maybe it’ll be okay. Wishful thinking like that never did Kobeni a lick of good. The backdoor was opened for Makima as she began the process of squeezing in. Her foot hit the interior floor and already the car lurched to its side. The metal frame warped to her mass while suspension cried out for Kobeni to do something. All its owner could do was shed a silent tear for her poor car. Like with the elevator, Makima forced herself into the tiny cabin despite logic telling her that this wouldn’t work. Cramming all her weight into the seat as she could feel the far edge of her hip press against the other door. Though she still required the assistance of her assistant. “Make yourself useful and push me in.” Makima said, not using her commanding voice. She knew in this instance it wasn’t needed. And although everything inside Kobeni’s soul told her to get going while Makima was semi-trapped in her backseat, she relented. Hands digging into ass blubber and mounds of flesh in pants that barely fit her boss. The Division 4 tailor was eating well this month with the amount of alterations Makima had requested at this point. Though Kobeni could see the tears along the hemline as she jostled more fat through the door. Every push made the car’s metal frame warp more. Crying out jagged groans whenever she got deeper into the cabin. The noise of cracking glass also worried Kobeni as she continued to shove and push with all her might. At points getting submerged with Makima’s mounds on all sides of her beanpole body. Somehow Makima got all the way in as the car doors bowed outward. Conforming to the shape of the woman as Kobeni kept her tears to herself. Anguished over the destruction of her prized vehicle. Permanently scarred from Makima now as she tried to squeeze into the driver’s seat. Knees pressed up against the steering wheel as was Kobeni’s flat chest. Hands tried to grip the wheel with little success as Makima’s lard oozed around her seat. Jiggling up against Kobeni’s elbows as she got the car started. She did her best to put the enveloping flab out of her mind as it triggered flashbacks to being a chair. “So, where are we going?” Kobeni asked as a messy list was given to her. The paper was stained with sauce and grease from Makima’s pocket. “These are all the fast food spots I enjoy. Rather than run the risk of them being cold, you’ll take me there to eat.” Kobeni nodded as the tires struggled to move. Compressed into a bizarre shape with a flat bottom rather than the typical circles. Yet they managed to get going. Another full week of chauffeuring later found Kobeni outside an odd warehouse early in the morning. She knew there was more driving to come as it was now her wallet’s turn to cry. Money flew out of it wildly this week with costs for suspension repairs and all other miscellaneous items that needed fixing in her car. On top of that, it was her responsibility to foot the bill this time around for the wardrobe adjustments. Never did she see that many Xs attached to a single shirt as there was enough fabric on it and those pants to start a circus. All of it combined was quite the heavy load to carry around. Made worse by the sorry shape of Kobeni’s body. Funny how her own bruises and scars mirrored the beat-up state of her own car. So much trouble this past month that she wondered if being a prostitute was still on the table. “Safer than this…” She told herself while looking around for Makima. Nowhere in sight as Kobeni prayed to whatever god bothered listening. Please, just give me an easy week! Said gods were away on business as the shady warehouse’s doors began to slide open. The sudden noise made Kobeni jump as she saw the reason why wishing for something was foolish. “Good, you’re here.” Makima said as she took a booming footstep out from the warehouse. Again her body had seemingly grown to new sizes. How and when baffled Kobeni as she was practically glued to those dangerously fat hips that brushed against the warehouse doors. There should be no way that a woman could be that wide… that fat… that tall. Truly, Makima was a monster to never be crossed as she continued her approach of Kobeni. The put-upon worker thought it strange how this version of Makima could easily smother the Makima that used her as a chair. Crazy that it was the same woman with only a few weeks apart. Kobeni felt like an ant by comparison as that fat gut pushed against her. Making her stumble back. “Uh… why are we here?” “Oh, I never did tell you.” Makima stepped out of the warehouse door. Inside were various construction tools and supplies as she explained. “Due to the tight spaces of Division 4’s offices, I’ll be relocating to this area. Far better as I can truly stretch out without any silly limitations of weak architectural foundations.” “Oh… I…” Makima lowered down now that she was twice as tall as Kobeni. Her massive face smiled as she stared the meek girl in the eyes. “Something wrong?” Kobeni shook her head. “Good. Now then, come along. I’m starved.” Those mighty footsteps shook the ground with such force that they made Kobeni lose her footing. Frozen in fear as all that looming fat could come crashing down on her. There’d be no coming back from that injury as she held her breath. A slight modicum of mercy was granted as no such misfortune befell Kobeni. The same couldn’t be said for her car as Makima’s gargantuan rear dropped down onto the car. CRUNCH. Pulverized from the weight of an elephant. It wasn’t an intentional act. She’d only hiked up her ass to try and squeeze her cheek into the backseat like normal. “Whoops. My apologies.” Makima said with sincerity. Hard to accept such words when Kobeni’s car looked as though it’d be run over by a tank. At her wits end, all the frustration of these past few weeks came gushing out of her. Sobbing on her knees as Makima tried to console her. “It’s okay.” She said before completely missing the point altogether. “Honestly, you ought to get a refund. Such a fragile car. What kind of vehicle collapses like that from a paltry bit of weight?”
