He is wearing an oversized sage-green hoodie, the cuffs pulled past his knuckles, looking aggressively half-awake. > Net strolls in from the terrace, dressed in a crisp grey athletic shirt and track pants, a towel slung over his shoulder from an early morning run. He stops right next to JJ, leaning his hip against the counter with infuriating freshness. > **Net:** "Ang sungit mo naman." > **JJ:** (glaring sideways over the rim of his glasses) "Shut up. Hindi ka naman cute." > **Net:** (smirking effortlessly) "Cute? Eh di sana hinabol kita kanina." > JJ rolls his eyes so hard his spectacles nearly slip down his nose, clicking his tongue in irritation. But as Net turns to open the fridge, JJ wordlessly sets down a tall glass of cold water he had already poured before Net even entered the kitchen. > Net takes it without asking, drinks half of it in three gulps, and taps JJ’s hip with the back of his knuckles before walking toward the pantry. > > *Live Chat:* > **@bl_enthusiast:** "Hindi ka naman cute" JJ PLEASE 😭😭😭 > **@sirasnack:** Net’s comeback was so fast lmao he really wakes up ready to menace JJ. > **@marathon_stan:** Why does Net look like an athlete while JJ looks like a Victorian orphan forced into daytime hours. > **@dailybl:** But wait… did JJ already pour that water for Net before Net even walked through the door? > **@readingbetween:** He knew Net was running outside. The water glass had condensation. He poured it five minutes ago. Hello???

By ten in the morning on Day 4, the Sanctuary living room had been transformed into an obstacle course of numbered mats and dry-erase strategy boards for the mid-morning sponsor mission.
The production crew had divided the cast into two squads for a blind puzzle challenge. JJ, strictly retained as narrative adjudicator, sat cross-legged on a velvet floor cushion near the perimeter, balancing his clipboard on his knees. His dark hair was still ruffled from sleep, a stray curl sticking up stubbornly near the crown of his head.
Net was assigned to the active blue team alongside Keng, Latte, and Jimmy.
"Listen to the instructions carefully," JJ announced into his lapel microphone, his author voice settling into its usual crisp, professorial cadence. "Each team has six minutes to decipher the anagrams on the wall. If any contestant touches the marker before the timer sounds, the entire squad receives a thirty-second penalty."
"What if we touch the adjudicator?" Net called out from the starting line, crossing his arms and flashing a wicked, crowd-pleasing grin directly into the central camera. "Is there a penalty for that?"
JJ didn't even look up from his paper. "Immediate disqualification, followed by restraining orders filed in three separate provinces."
A chorus of laughter erupted from Jimmy and Latte.
"Harsh," Net laughed, shaking his head.
The air horn sounded, and the room descended into frantic movement. Keng sprinted toward the board to read the cipher, while Latte hovered over the word bank. Net moved with his typical confident speed, scanning letters, shouting out syllables, and coordinating his teammates like a seasoned captain.
Yet, as the game progressed, the nature of Net's movement around the room took on a peculiar, almost subconscious rhythm.
Whenever JJ stood up to inspect a team's progress, Net would instinctively drift toward JJ’s blind side. When Jimmy backed up hastily to dodge a falling puzzle board, Net’s left arm extended without a second's hesitation—not dramatic, not theatrical, just a solid, immovable crossbar across JJ’s chest, anchoring him firmly in place before Jimmy’s heel could collide with JJ’s shins.
JJ didn't flinch. He didn't gasp or pull away. His hand simply came up, resting flat against Net’s forearm for balance, eyes never leaving the timer on his phone.
"Five seconds left on your turn, Blue," JJ murmured calmly, tapping the glass of his screen.
"We got it," Net said, his voice dropping into that quiet, reassuring rumble right by JJ’s ear. As he lowered his arm, his fingers casually brushed against JJ’s waist, easing him half a step to the left so JJ wouldn't have to crane his neck around Latte’s broad shoulders to see the scoreboard.
Across the room, standing beside the red team’s bench, Keng stopped looking at the puzzle board.
He blinked, his gaze darting from Net’s hand to JJ’s effortless lean into the touch, then back again.
Beside him, Latte leaned in, muttering behind his laminated answer card.
"Di ba…" Latte whispered softly, eyes narrowed with intense curiosity. "They’re always like this?"
Keng slowly shook his head, keeping his voice beneath the audio threshold of his chest mic. "No. Not like this. Parang… automatic na."
"Right?" Latte hissed back. "Net didn't even look when he blocked Jimmy. He just knew where JJ was standing."
"And look at JJ," Keng added under his breath.
At the scoring table, Net had bent down to pick up an errant blue marker that had rolled under the table. As he leaned forward, the hem of his athletic shirt rode up dangerously close to exposing his microphone transmitter and lower back to the low-angle wide lens positioned on the carpet.
Before the camera operator could even zoom, JJ stepped forward in one fluid, unhurried motion.
JJ planted himself directly between the lens and Net, his long cardigan creating a solid curtain of fabric that shielded Net entirely from the camera's line of sight. At the same time, without interrupting his official score tally, JJ reached behind his own hip, tapped Net’s shoulder twice with the eraser end of his pencil, and murmured, "Shirt."
Net immediately tugged his hem down, rose to his feet, and stepped into JJ’s space.
Instead of backing away to preserve personal boundaries, JJ reached out with his left hand, caught the collar of Net’s athletic shirt, and smoothed down a twisted seam at the throat. His thumb lingered for a fraction of a second against Net’s collarbone before dropping away, entirely casual, like brushing a piece of lint off an old coat.
"You're trailing by two points," JJ said out loud, his tone returning to strict game-master neutrality.
Net smiled, slow and private, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "We’ll catch up in the second half. Watch me."
"Don't trip over your own laces first," JJ countered, turning back toward the official timer.
Net reached into his track pocket, pulled out an unopened bottle of mineral water, twisted the plastic cap to break the seal so it would open easily, and placed it directly into JJ’s palm.
JJ took it, unscrewed it with one finger, and drank. He didn't say thank you. He didn't check the brand. He simply drank it, because the water had been handed to him by Net, and in five years of living together, Net had never once failed to notice when JJ’s lips were dry.

> **[Clip 1: 00:34:12] The Jimmy Dodge** > Watch Net’s arm. Jimmy is stumbling backward. Net is mid-sentence, looking across the room at the timer. Without breaking his sentence, his arm goes out like a steel bar to shield JJ. > Now watch JJ: JJ DOESN'T JUMP. When someone throws an arm across your ribs, your startle reflex should kick in. JJ literally just puts his hand on Net's wrist and uses him as an anchor. He expected the protection. > > **[Clip 2: 00:38:05] The Blind Angle Block** > Net bends over. The floor camera is pointing straight at his waist. JJ notices, steps into the frame to block the angle, and taps Net’s back to fix his shirt. > AND THEN JJ ADJUSTS NET’S COLLAR. > LOOK AT JJ’S FACE. He is looking at his clipboard, talking about point deductions, while his fingers are casually smoothing Net's shirt like an exhausted wife adjusting her husband’s tie before work. > > **[Clip 3: 00:43:50] The Broken Seal** > Net loosened the water bottle cap before giving it to him. > Net. Loosened. The. Cap. > Because JJ has weak wrists from typing for ten hours a day and hates wrestling with plastic seals. > > *Top Comments:* > **@bookworm99:** "They bicker like Tom and Jerry" NO THEY DON'T. Tom and Jerry don't have mutual domestic muscle memory! > **@velvetnet:** The way Net adjusted JJ’s position so he could see the board better… Net’s hand was literally guiding him by the hip. Zoom in on Day 4 timestamp 00:43—that wasn't an accident. > **@script_reader:** JJ didn't even joke there. That was real. That was five years of habit leaking out in 4K resolution. > **@bldomestic:** Their "bickering" has a rhythm… like a couple choreography. The roasts are just the background music while their bodies take care of each other. > **@thaicouples:** Friend behavior doesn't have this level of consistency. If my best friend broke the seal on my water bottle without asking, I’d think they were trying to poison me. JJ didn't even look at the bottle!

By three in the afternoon, the Sanctuary kitchen was bustling with lunch preparations.
The cast had split into rotating chore teams. Jimmy and Tommy were peeling potatoes near the sink; Ohm and Keng were setting out plates along the heavy wooden dining table; JJ was standing near the pantry, cross-referencing dietary requirements with the evening shoot schedule.
Net stepped into the kitchen holding a stack of freshly laundered dish towels.
"Hey, Radchapon," Net called out, dropping the towels on the counter near the cutting boards. "Did you finish logging the sponsor product shots?"
"Almost," JJ replied without looking up from his tablet. "I need you in the courtyard in twenty minutes for the skincare close-ups. Don't disappear into the gym."
"I won't disappear," Net said. He walked past the dining table, grabbed a small ceramic plate containing two steamed pork dumplings left over from the catering tray, picked up a wooden toothpick, and speared one.
He walked over to where JJ was standing by the pantry.
Without a single word of warning, Net held the dumpling up directly in front of JJ’s mouth.
JJ’s eyes didn't leave the tablet screen. He didn't swat Net’s hand away. He didn't make a sarcastic remark about sanitary standards. He simply parted his lips, took the dumpling off the toothpick, and chewed, his thumb scrolling continuously down the production document.
Net watched him chew for two seconds, a tiny, satisfied smirk touching his lips, before eating the second dumpling himself and tossing the toothpick into the trash.
At the sink, Jimmy froze, a half-peeled potato suspended in his left hand.
He slowly turned his head to look at Tommy.
Tommy was staring at the pantry with the expression of a man who had just witnessed an alien abduction in broad daylight.
"Did you see that?" Jimmy whispered, his voice barely carrying over the running tap water.
"I saw it," Tommy murmured back, eyes wide. "He just… bird-fed him. And JJ ate it like it was completely normal."
"If I tried to feed JJ a dumpling like that while he was working," Jimmy said solemnly, "he would stab my palm with his stylus."
"Net’s alive," Tommy noted. "Not only is he alive, he’s currently wiping soy sauce off the corner of JJ’s mouth with a napkin."
Over by the pantry, Net had indeed produced a paper napkin, gently dabbing at JJ’s lower lip with practiced precision. JJ tilted his head up slightly to give him better access, his expression entirely neutral, before swatting Net’s wrist away with the edge of his tablet case.
"Go wash your hands," JJ muttered, though there was zero venom in the command. "You have grease on your fingers."
"Yes, boss," Net replied, his tone dripping with fond, unhurried compliance as he strolled toward the sink, completely oblivious to the utter paralysis of his castmates.

Their faces are literally the entire internet right now. They look so traumatized by the sheer domesticity. > **@velvetnet:** No, because they *act* like they’re together. Not like "oh we have great chemistry on a press tour," but like "we've divided kitchen duties since 2019." > **@bl_enthusiast:** The bickering is a front. It has to be. The comedy is just the camouflage they use so they don't get arrested for being disgustingly married in public.

As the evening approached, the light filtering through the floor-to-ceiling windows of the villa shifted into a deep, amber twilight.
The cast was gathered around the pool terrace for an informal barbecue session. Laughter echoed across the water as Keng and Latte debated the proper way to grill marinated beef, while Jimmy strummed an acoustic guitar in the corner of the deck.
Net was at the center of the patio table, effortlessly charismatic as always, joking with Ohm and keeping the energy high for the cameras. He was laughing, tossing cherry tomatoes into Tommy’s open mouth, radiating the polished brilliance of a born entertainer.
Yet, every ninety seconds, Net’s eyes flicked toward the glass slider leading into the living room.
JJ was sitting alone on the long modular sofa inside, away from the noise and the smoke of the grill. The laptop was gone, replaced by a notebook, but JJ wasn't writing.
He was leaning his head back against the cushion, his spectacles resting on the low table beside him. His eyes were closed, his face paler than usual under the warm recessed lighting of the ceiling. Every few moments, JJ raised a hand, pressing the heel of his palm firmly against his left temple—a tiny, involuntary gesture that anyone else would have written off as simple fatigue.
Net didn't write it off.
Net knew that gesture. He had known it for five years. It meant the combination of bright studio lighting, four consecutive days of screen glare, and a skipping of the afternoon meal had triggered the onset of a severe ocular migraine.
Net set his drink down on the patio table mid-laugh.
"I'll be right back," Net told Ohm casually, stepping away from the circle before anyone could ask him to stay.
He slid the glass door open, stepped into the quiet living room, and slid the door shut behind him, cutting off the noise of the barbecue.
The indoor cameras tracked his movement as he crossed the hardwood floor.
Net didn't make a joke. He didn't shout a sarcastic quip to bait JJ into an argument. He walked quietly to the sideboard, poured a glass of warm water from the kettle, retrieved two small white tablets from the hidden zipper of his small sling bag, and walked over to the couch.
He sat down on the edge of the cushion beside JJ.
JJ didn't open his eyes, but his breathing shifted, knowing the weight that had settled beside him without having to look.
"Left temple?" Net asked softly, his voice completely dropping the public persona, rich with quiet, steady concern.
JJ gave a barely perceptible nod, keeping his eyes pressed shut. "The ring light during the sponsor segment. It had a high-frequency flicker."
"I told the lighting tech to swap the ballast yesterday," Net murmured, a sharp edge of frustration bleeding into his tone before he softened it. He reached out, his warm, broad fingers pressing gently into the base of JJ’s skull, thumbs finding the exact tension knots along his occipital ridge.
JJ let out a long, ragged exhale, his shoulders finally dropping from his ears as Net applied firm, rhythmic pressure.
"Drink," Net whispered, bringing the water glass to JJ’s hand and curling JJ’s fingers around the cool glass. "Take the tablets. Then we're going upstairs."
"The barbecue stream runs until nine," JJ mumbled, his voice thick with the beginnings of nausea. "Production needs me to log the evening mission cards."
"Jimmy can log the cards," Net said, leaving no room for debate. He leaned down, his forehead briefly resting against JJ’s hair, breathing in the familiar scent of chamomile shampoo. "Take the medicine, JJ. I’ll talk to Aoft."
JJ swallowed the pills without another word, leaning his weight against Net’s shoulder for three brief, unguarded seconds before pulling back to stand up.
Across the room, the camera on Wall Mount 02 slowly panned, its red indicator light blinking steadily in the dim interior.
The tension in the house was no longer about whether they were funny, or whether their banter was scripted. The comedy had thinned to a transparent film, and beneath it, the quiet, undeniable weight of five years was pulling the truth directly into the open.
